My stay at the hotel was a mix of enjoyable and frustrating experiences. The warm atmosphere and comfortable accommodations were highlights, but several service issues and dining disappointments left me feeling that it wasn’t quite the five-star experience I expected. While I appreciated the efforts made for cleanliness and safety during my stay, I noticed room for improvement in the service and dining areas.

The hotel is situated in a stunning location surrounded by the Wicklow mountains and the beautiful Powerscourt Estate. The rooms are lovely and well-kept, but my experience with the service left much to be desired. Communication with staff was poor, leading to awkward situations, and the dining experience was disappointing with some inconsistency in quality. While the amenities are impressive, I expected a higher standard given the price.
