Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of enjoyable and frustrating experiences. The warm atmosphere and comfortable accommodations were highlights, but several service issues and dining disappointments left me feeling that it wasn’t quite the five-star experience I expected. While I appreciated the efforts made for cleanliness and safety during my stay, I noticed room for improvement in the service and dining areas.
The hotel is situated in a stunning location surrounded by the Wicklow mountains and the beautiful Powerscourt Estate. The rooms are lovely and well-kept, but my experience with the service left much to be desired. Communication with staff was poor, leading to awkward situations, and the dining experience was disappointing with some inconsistency in quality. While the amenities are impressive, I expected a higher standard given the price.
My stay was marred by a series of disappointments, particularly with the spa and service. While the staff were polite, the lack of attentiveness and the overall condition of the facilities left much to be desired. The room had some issues as well, but the location was peaceful and a nice escape from the hustle and bustle.
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a rollercoaster. While I loved the stunning location and the friendly staff, I encountered serious issues with communication and service timing. The room was nice, but not ready for a long while after check-in, and dining options were limited. Overall, it was a decent experience, but with some frustrating hurdles.
The hotel offers a breathtaking setting with stunning views and spacious rooms, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. However, the dining experience, especially breakfast, fell short of expectations, and the service could be improved due to slow responses. The grounds are lovely and well-kept, but some amenities seem limited, particularly given the hotel’s upscale nature.
